Hotel Piena Kobe

Little small place, it has marvellous location short walk to the JR railway station as well as the major transportation hubs like the Kobe-Sannomiya Station.

Refills. They had a wonderful variety of fresh fruits and pastries. The location, while decent, was a little further from the main attractions than I had anticipated was nice.

The breakfast was exquisite, with both French and Japanese dishes, including really good homemade pizza. Staff were friendly and fluent in English. The location is convenient, being close to the train station, though it did require a short walk to reach it. Unfortunately, finding dining options nearby can be a bit challenging in the evening, and the walk might feel a bit far for those with heavy luggage.

I was delighted by the spacious lobby adorned with chic European furniture. The staff were helpful, assisting with luggage and providing information about nearby attractions, made navigating the city easy.

More assistance with luggage handling would be appreciated.

Kobe's dining scene had me drooling! The buffet breakfast was legit, and don't miss out on Restaurant Patrie for a culinary gem right around the corner. The staff here really elevate the experience-so attentive and friendly! Plus, the location is super convenient with plenty of shops nearby.

Had a spacious Superior Twin room with a strong shower and fast heating. Perfectly laid out for a family stay!

The air conditioning system lacks individual controls, leading to uncomfortable heat in the room. My room felt a bit outdated with a softer mattress that wasn't ideal for support. The lighting was noticeably dim. I lost a sweater during housekeeping, which I suspect was taken accidentally with the linens.

The spacious room offered a comfortable stay, and the delicious breakfast spread stood out. There was some difficulty with the WiFi, which dropped frequently, affecting my ability to stay connected. It was a pleasant experience with some room for improvement.

Room was super spacious with two comfy double beds and a private bath. Breakfast was a hit with fresh croissants, organic juices, and a fabulous selection of dishes. Staff was cute and made sure we felt at home. Location is convenient, close to the train station and shopping areas.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a gourmet selection.

There was a language barrier with the staff , made communication difficult.

The room was spacious and cozy, a great surprise! Everything was clean, and it had all the amenities you'd expect from a solid hotel. I loved that I could leave a sign for cleaning if I wanted to skip it. A nice touch! Really comfy stay overall.

The availability of amenities like free WiFi and air conditioning made my stay even more enjoyable. The flat-screen TV with video-on-demand programs provided entertainment after a long day of exploring Kobe.

Personally, I found the addition of shoe polishers in the guest rooms to be unnecessary. However, I understand that some guests may appreciate this amenity.
